1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the tumi123 platform, including all associated pages, services, content, tools and payment features available at tumi123.cam ("the Platform"). The Platform provides Malaysia-focused information, entertainment services and related digital features to eligible adult users.

By creating an account, completing a deposit, accepting a promotional offer or simply browsing any page of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal account created by a registered User on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total MYR-equivalent funds held in an Account, including any qualifying bonus credit.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and address verification process required before certain account actions are permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the multiplier applied to a bonus amount that must be achieved before associated funds may be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, a User must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times the Account is active.
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Malaysia or their country of residence.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• Not currently be subject to self-exclusion under any existing cooling-off or self-exclusion arrangement with tumi123.
• Register only one Account per household address, device and payment method.
• Provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration and keep that information updated.

4 Account Registration

Registration requires the submission of a valid email address, a unique username and a secure password. The User is responsible for ensuring that all submitted details are accurate and not impersonating another individual. Duplicate or fraudulent registrations will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts.

Credentials must remain confidential at all times. tumi123 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security. Users must notify tumi123 immediately if they suspect unauthorised activity by contacting support at [email protected].

5 Terms of Use

Users may access the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The Platform must not be used in a manner that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful or in violation of these Terms. Specifically, Users must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server or database.
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers or any software that places disproportionate load on the Platform's infrastructure.
• Reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any content without express written authorisation from tumi123.
• Share, sell or transfer Account access to a third party.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing or advantage play that is not sanctioned by the relevant game rules.

tumi123 reserves the right to monitor Platform activity for compliance with these Terms and to take any action it deems necessary, including Account suspension, to protect the integrity of the Platform and its users.

6 Deposits and Payments

tumi123 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT TRC20 are also supported where displayed in the active payment menu.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and fund forfeiture. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and account tier.

• e-Wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically reflected within a few minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers via FPX or online banking may take approximately 5–15 minutes under normal conditions.
• Cryptocurrency deposits require the required number of blockchain confirmations before funds are credited.
• Processing estimates are indicative only. Delays caused by third-party providers, scheduled maintenance or compliance reviews are outside tumi123's control.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, active wagering requirement completion, Account standing checks and the withdrawal limits displayed at the time of the request. tumi123 processes approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, the timing of funds reaching the User depends on the selected payment channel.

Typical indicative timeframes are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) 5–30 minutes after approval; bank transfers 15–60 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals subject to network confirmation times. These estimates are not guarantees.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of tumi123. Each offer is accompanied by specific terms including, but not limited to: qualifying deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates, maximum bet limits during wagering and expiry dates. These specific terms take precedence over any general promotional description.

Bonus Credit may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full. Wagering with a maximum bet that exceeds the limit stated in the offer terms may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household and per device.
• tumi123 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or coordinated exploitation, will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Birthday and referral bonuses are subject to individual eligibility criteria displayed in the active promotion terms.

9 KYC and Verification

tumi123 is required to verify the identity and address of Users before processing withdrawal requests or granting access to certain account features. Documents typically requested include a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, passport or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) and, where required, a selfie with the identity document.

Documents must be submitted through the secure verification area within the User's Account. tumi123 will not request KYC documents via email, live chat or any third-party messaging application. Verification is normally completed within 24–48 hours. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may be suspended.

10 Responsible Gambling

tumi123 is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and must never be used as a source of income or as a method to address financial obligations. Users experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling activity are strongly encouraged to make use of the following Account controls:

• Deposit limits — restrict the maximum amount that may be deposited within a defined period.
• Loss limits — cap the total amount that may be lost within a defined period.
• Session time limits — set a maximum continuous play duration.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend Account access for a defined number of days.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and investigation:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at any time.
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Territory.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform's deposit and withdrawal facilities.
• Using software, exploits or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts under different identities.

12 Suspension and Closure

tumi123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that: (a) the User has violated these Terms; (b) activity suggests fraud, money laundering or identity misrepresentation; (c) continued access would expose tumi123 or other Users to legal or financial risk; or (d) required KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe.

Where an Account is closed following a breach of these Terms, tumi123 may retain any Balance that is reasonably attributable to the breach, subject to applicable law. Genuine Balances unconnected to any breach will be returned to the User in accordance with the then-current withdrawal procedure, following the completion of all required verification steps.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tumi123 and its operators, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses or damages arising from use of the Platform; (b) any loss of data, revenue or opportunity; or (c) any losses arising from system downtime, payment delays, third-party provider failures or events outside tumi123's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. tumi123 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, data compilations, game interfaces, software and structural design — is the exclusive property of tumi123 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, published or commercially exploited without prior written consent from tumi123.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and view Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence terminates automatically upon any breach of these Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Platform that cannot be resolved through the tumi123 support process will be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms applicable under the relevant governing jurisdiction. Users acknowledge that it remains their personal responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction, including compliance with local Malaysian law where applicable.
